Puma Rubbish

I purchased a pair of Puma sunglasses from Truworths In Menlyn Pretoria South Africa who noted that the frames had a one year guarantee and that the lenses and only the lenses were excluded. In September I noticed the frames above both lenses had cracked. Difficult to see in the picture. I took them back to truworths , who with great difficulty and very unhelpful sent them to Puma and promised to contact me when it was sorted out. Needless to say I was never contacted and I went back after 3 weeks to find out. Firstly I got passed on to 3 people before finding a supervisor to open the claim cupboard. The supervisor only comes at Truworths after you raise your voice otherwise you are left standing around like a spare. They then give you your cracked sunglasses back noting a report that says unable to repair, or more obviously we are thief's and will not stand by our warranty and repair.

Do yourself a favour and don't buy Puma products because not only do they not last but they do not stand by their guarantee.
